USE A SOFT TOOTH BRUSH
İt is time to go shopping for your teeth! When you go shopping make sure you buy a soft brissled tooth brush. The soft bristtled tooth brush is a much better option for people with sensitive teeth because it is delicate on the tooth enamel and protects the teeth nerves and dentin layer.
Soft bristtled tooth brushes also helps you to not overscrub your teeth and it wont cause tears and holes near your gums and teeth.
AVOİD ACİDİC FOODS AND DRİNKS
To have a healthier mouth try to avoid acidic foods and drinks as much as you can. Some examples of acidic foods and drinks can be coffee, some types of teas, pickles, carbonated beverages, some dry fruits and sports drinks. These drinks cause damage your teeth which in return weakens them and causes pain and sensitivity.
HAVE A DENTİST VİSİT
İf you are worried about your teeth sensitivity the best thing you can do is visit your dentist. Your dentist will do all the required check ups to see what the original problem is.
USE A MOUTHGUARD AT NİGHT
Many people clench they jaws or grind their teeth without even noticing, that weakens the enamel of the teeth which can cause to teeth sensitivity.
Some dentists may recommend according to the patient using a mouthguard at night to protect your teeth from this problem.
Make sure you ask your dentist first before taking any decisions, remember that your doctor always knows better.
